PAYMENT CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION CANCELING AND REFUND CONDITIONS:

The internet registration deadline is: Wednesday, 16^th of August 2023.

After this date, you can still register directly at symposium venue. 

The Early Bird registration deadline is: 28th of February 2023.

Registration cancellation:

All request for registration cancellation must be sent by mail:

All registration cancelled between the 1st of January 2023 and the 1^st of May 2023 is refunded at 25 %.

All registration cancelled after the 1^st of July 2023 is refunded at 50%.

All registration cancelled after the 1^st of July 2023 is not refunded.
